Charles Karuru Njogu C Eng, MIChemE is the MD with over 35 years in FMCG including alcoholic beverages as well as Engineering Projects Management. Charles is a trained brewmaster from VLB,,Berlin Germany, a graduate Chemical Engineer from University of Manchester and a Chartered Engineer, UK.
Robert Njoya Kinuthia ,MBA has over 35 years experience in Operations Management & Manufacturing of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages both locally and internationally. He is a trained brewmaster from the prestigious Herriot Watt University, UK.
Thomas Muange has over 40 years in the brewing and distilling industry. He is an associate member of Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD), London and is a trained Brewmaster in VLB, Berlin Germany.
Diana Njeri is the head of Quality Assurance. She is a graduate of JKCUT in Food Science & Technology and is a trained ISO Lead Auditor FMMS-SGS), skilled in Hazard Analysis Critical Points (HACCP).
Simon Maigua is the Head of Marketing with over 12 years in marketing of beer. His core training include public relations/marketing.
Edward Muthui Ndungu is a trained accountant.
Apart from the above management staff members, Sirville Brewery has employed various skilled staff who include: Technical Operators, Process Minders, Drivers, Salesmen, Laboratory Technicians and general helpers.
Sirville Brewery also supports young graduates through our Management Training Programme as well as internships in practical brewing, operations and management.
